These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Proof Note, a mobile application developed by SWEAF®. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Proof Note is intended for personal and lawful use. You agree not to use the app for illegal activities or to create or store unlawful content.

2. Ownership

Proof Note and all related branding (including SWEAF® name and logos) are the intellectual property of SWEAF®. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the app or trademarks.

3. Your Content

All content you create in Proof Note (notes, photos, voice notes, exports) remains yours. The app stores content locally on your device. SWEAF® does not access, collect, or upload your content.

4. Permissions

The app may request device permissions (such as Camera, Microphone, Location, Storage) only to provide core features. You can control permissions via your device settings.

5. No Warranty (As-Is)

Proof Note is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for backing up your own device data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWEAF® will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Proof Note, including loss of data or device issues.

7. Changes to the App

We may update the app from time to time to improve features, security, or performance. We may also modify these Terms, and the latest version will be published on this page.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. SWEAF® may restrict access if the app is used in violation of these Terms.
